o Direct responsibility&self execution (complete involvement)through all maintenance&repair operations. o Thorough understanding of diesel engines &ability to manipulate all problems&make overhaul. o Thorough understanding of electric system &ability to repair all breakdowns including electronic control system problems. o Also going ahead through hydraulic breakdowns. o Able to plan, organize and implement the repairs and maintenance of all equipments. o ability to use maintenance software's & catalogues o working on {SIS ( SERVICE INFORMATION SYSTEM)} for caterpillar equipments o Thorough understanding of Mercedes Benz star 'xentry flash process ' diagnosis system ,ability to manipulate all problems&make overhaul , o ability to go all the way with Mercedes Benz different problems . o dynamic flexible to be compatible with technicians o good control over the manpower o Able to identify individual training and development needs. o Able to plan the distribution of work amongst the team utilizing available skills. o mechanical background to go ahead with other maintenance duties like: (Washing machine, air compressor, hydraulic press brake………repairs…..and so on.... also repair cars) o I have a driving license o a hard working one Lately: the most important point: to save &maintain equipments (functional) for long life, through preventive maintenance program.
