We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills to work with us. Our ideal candidate would be someone who works proactively to determine the requirements of a project or program, translates them into actionable insights, and communicates them clearly to stakeholders to improve the organization’s overall efficiency and productivity. Duties & Responsibilities: • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business • Leverage strategic business process modeling and traceability • Coordinate the planning and monitoring of project requirements and managing scope with the project manager to ensure success project delivery • Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to guarantee maximum usability • Evaluate, analyze, and maintain systems requirements on a continuing basis • Write User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and BDD/What-If Scenarios • Analyze the changes in the user stories to support the development process • Work as part of the Agile Scrum team to communicate changes in established expectations to stakeholders • Apply data modelling techniques and best practices for effective communication • Build strong relationship/rapport with cross-functional business teams • Partner with other stakeholder teams across the company to develop necessary analysis and documentation • 6+ years of relevant experience • Strong technology, analytical and communication skills • Proven analytical background • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, SQL • Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions • Extensive experience with data visualization • Highly proficient technical writing capabilities If you interested , please send your CV to [email protected] While mentioning the job title ( Business Analyst) in the subje
