A leading Contracting and Decoration company in Heliopolis urgently requires HR officer, 2-5 years of relevant experience preferably in the same industry. Very good English and communication skills. Duties and responsibilities • Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions. • Prepare or maintain employment records such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. • Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees. • Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion. • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant • Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. • Evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to regulations. • Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time. Qualifications • Human Resources Management diploma or study is preferred. • 2-5 Years of Experience in the same field. • Very good command of English both writing and speaking. • Managerial and leadership skills • Payroll and Labor law background is a must BACKGROUND IS A MUST
