7. GIS DATA SPECIALIST Qualifications: Ø University degree, preferably in GIS, computer science, or relevant fields Ø Minimum 5 years of progressively advanced work experience in use of GIS databases or related software for environmental projects Ø Knowledge in database design, development and maintenance concepts required Ø Able to manage hardware and software needs Ø Experience with ESRI ArcGIS applications. Ø Experience in application of ESRI ArcGIS Server 8. GIS MAPPING TECHNICIAN Qualifications: Ø Associates in applied science degree in Geomatic/Surveying technology. Ø Minimum of 6 years proven practical experience working with ESRI ArcGIS. Ø Minimum of 3 years' experience with real time kinematic (RTK) and static GPS surveys data processing. Ø Well versed in coordinate geometry, survey data adjustment. Ø Proficient in written and spoken English. 9. HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEY TECHNICIAN Qualifications: Ø A degree/Diploma in land surveying or civil engineering Ø Minimum of 6 years proven practical experience as an instrument Operator/chainman (Rodman). Ø Minimum of 3 years' experience with real time kinematic (RTK) and static GPS surveys. Ø Proficient in coordinate geometry, note keeping, blue print reading and other relevant survey skills. Ø Proficient in written and spoken English. Ø Basic knowledge of personal computer (PC). Ø Proficient in note keeping, blue print reading and other relevant procedures 10. DOCUMENT CONTROLLER Qualifications: Ø Vocational Diploma/Certificate from a 2 year Technical course Ø At least 3 years related work experience in office work, documentation and control Ø Knowledge of Engineering disciplines like Survey, Civil, Electrical, etc. Ø Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software. Ø Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports. Ø Ability to use computer and rapidly input data and retrieve reco
