About the job: Supports technical and engineering personnel with project support duties. Make necessary comparison between supplier's quotations to reach the best offers. Solving our customer technical problems Working on pre-sales and after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required. Receive new customers inquiries. Follow up out-doors engineer's visits. Provide Technical support to the sales engineering team in open cases. Enable the sales department to forward a comprehensive quotation to the client. Respond to clients queries in a clear and precise manner covering technical knowledge with confidence. Job Requirements: An eye for detail is also an important trait, as is the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines. Proficiency with computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, and database systems Reading and understand technical documentation Excellent written and oral communicative abilities to be able to communicate with suppliers/customers/forwarders with appropriate way Basic knowledge of trading field. 0-3 experience is needed. Bachelor degree engineering / science. Females only. Very good command in English. Cairo or Giza residents are preferred.
